No Rest for the Dead
A group of best selling authors have collaborated for a new book.
They include Alexander McCall Smith and Peter James who’ve contributed on the new novel called ‘No Rest for the Dead’.
The 26 writers were brought together by Andrew Gulli which specialises in crime thrillers and mystery short stories.

JK Rowling has split company with her long time literary agent.
The author has worked with Christopher Little for fifteen years since he found a publisher for her first novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

That’s according to charity Oxfam, who report donations of the DaVinci Code author’s books are more than any other writer for the third year in a row.
After Brown, books by Ian Rankin and Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson were heavily donated.

A prestigious literary award has been suspended this year because of a lack of funding.
The John Llewellyn Rhys prize won’t happen in 2011 according to the organisers Booktrust.
Earlier this year the the book charity lost fifty per-cent of its funding from the Department of Education.
